You know? Heck idk.

Product install gives you a desktop shortcut.  Upgrading the product gives you a second and different shortcut to the same target/program.  No biggie, but I'm sure it's something that could be cleaned up if you wanted to.

Just delete the older shortcut.

With mine, the newer shortcut is a different graphic than the old one. I've never seen Windows create two graphically identical shortcuts.

If the graphic is identical it just overwrites it.
